We collect information you provide directly when you register for an account, sign in with email, sign in with Google, update your profile, contact customer support, communicate with us, request account assistance, or otherwise use account-related features of the Services.

  • Basic account information received from Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile image, subject to your Google account permissions

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information that is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the app, including:

Firebase Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication provided by Google to support account sign-in features, including Google Sign-In. In connection with authentication, Firebase Authentication may process information such as your email address, Google account identifier, internal authentication identifiers, and certain device or technical information necessary to complete and secure the login process.

Location Information

Our app does not request or collect precise location permission from your device. We may still receive approximate location information derived from IP address as part of normal internet communications or through infrastructure and security logs.

Information From Third Parties

If you choose to sign in through Google Sign-In, we may receive limited account information from Google, such as your display name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile image, in accordance with the permissions you grant and Google’s policies.

4. How We Use Information

  • Firebase Authentication and related cloud service providers: with service providers that help us provide authentication, login security, and basic account infrastructure.

We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not use attribution SDKs, we do not use third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not share your personal information for cross-app advertising.

6. Tracking Technologies, SDKs, and Similar Tools

We may use cookies, APIs, log files, and limited software development kit (SDK) functionality to support account login, authentication, and security.

Our app uses Firebase Authentication provided by Google for sign-in and account authentication, including Google Sign-In. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, advertising SDKs, or attribution SDKs based on the current app configuration.

We do not request precise location permission from the device.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our legitimate interests. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it is used.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or under the minimum age required by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, unless permitted by law and supported by appropriate consent or other lawful basis. For apps distributed through Google Play or other app stores, our app may collect and process account information, email address, Google sign-in information, and device identifiers as needed to support registration, login, authentication, account security, and account management.

Our app uses Firebase Authentication for Google Sign-In and authentication support. Our app does not use advertising SDKs, does not use attribution SDKs, does not request location permission, and does not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics based on the current configuration. If app functionality changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

For Google Play review, your Play Console Data safety answers, your in-app account deletion flow, your Firebase Authentication usage, and your actual runtime behavior should all match this Privacy Policy.

13. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under applicable California law, including rights to know, request deletion, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, but some third-party analytics or advertising activities may still require disclosure under local law.
